General Guest Policy- The Sports Club's guest policy allows a member to accompany a guest to use the facility a total of 6 times in any 12 month period for a fee of $7 per visit. After a guest's 6 visits within a given year, they will be charged a guest fee of $20.

Guest Sign in Process- All guests must check in at the front desk along with the host member. Each guest must also complete a Sport Club guest pass which is to be turned in to the employee at the front desk.

House Guest /Out-of-Town Guest- Members hosting out-of-town guests, someone that lives 30 miles or more outside of Lake Charles, may register the guest under the standard policy or may purchase a House Guest Booklet/Guest Booklet. It contains 10 passes for $40 and allows full use of the facility at the same level as the member. Each pass is for a one time use, however, there is no limit to the number of times a guest may use the facility and the passes do not expire. The hosting member does not have to accompany house guests while visiting the Sports Club.

Pool Guest Pass Booklet- Members hosting guests that only want access to the pool may register the guest under the standard policy listed at $7 for a single visit or purchase a Pool Guest Pass Booklet ($40). The booklet contains 10 passes to the pool only. Each pass is for a one time use, however, there is no limit to the number of times a pool guest may use the pool and the passes do not expire.

Open Tournaments and Member/Guest Tournaments- Participation in tournaments that are open to outside players do not count as part of a guest's 6 yearly visits.

USTA Team Members- Individuals that play on a Sports Club USTA Team may practice once a week with their team for a fee of $5. Organized team matches do not count as part of a guest's 6 yearly visits.

Tennis Lessons and Drills for Non-members- Non-members taking a drill or private lesson are not considered guests. Non-members are not allowed to participate in any complimentary drill offered by the club.

Care Giver Guest Policy- Any person that accompanies your children to the Sports Club in the official role of their care giver does not have to pay a guest fee. They must be preregistered with the front desk by completing the Approved Care Giver form, ask Front Desk for form. The care giver must sign in and enter the family's member number before entering.
