Resident

Resident Golf Memberships are limited to those individuals owning property within Graywood and entitle the Member, spouse or significant other (residing in one residence), and all dependent children up to the age of 23, to full use of all golf facilities.

Initiation Fee: $1,000.00  /  Monthly Dues: $175.00

BENEFITS:

• Private Member account and personal membership card.

• No assessments or food and beverage minimums.

• Access to all golf facilities including the golf course, private Member rooms of the golf clubhouse, Cypress Grill, Evergreen Room, Professional Golf Shop, and men’s and women’s locker facilities. Golf members do not have access to the Sports Club facilities.

• Priority access of the golf course with 14-day advance tee time reservations and ability to walk course if desired.

• Complimentary green fees, range balls and access to the Club’s practice facilities.

• Complimentary use of all private dining facilities and club audio visual equipment.

• Access to the Club’s bag storage and locker facilities (additional fee may be applicable).

• Ability to own a private golf cart (trail fees applicable).

• A Preferred Member discount on green fees for all guests.

• Complimentary use of the Graywood Resident pool for immediate family members.

• Ability to attend all Club-sponsored events, and host private business and personal events at the Club.

• As a Member of Gray Plantation, you also receive additional access to a network of more than 100 private golf and country clubs, business clubs and resorts across the country; access to great seats for concerts, theatre or sporting events including host presence at The Masters, Ryder Cup, Grammy's, and Broadway Shows; and preferred pricing, concierge services and upgraded experiences with hotel partners and popular restaurants.

Non-Resident

Non-Resident Golf memberships are available to those individuals residing outside of Graywood, offered on a callable basis, and afford the same privileges as the Resident Golf membership with the exception of the ability to own a private cart.

Initiation Fee: $2,000.00  /  Monthly Dues: $195.00

Young Executive Full Privilege memberships are limited to those individuals 35 years of age or younger and entitle the Member, and spouse or significant other to privileges associated with the Full Privilege membership only.  Please refer to the benefits of the Full Privilege Membership.

On or before the date of his or her 35th birthday, Young Executive Members can upgrade to full membership status by paying the difference between the amount paid at signing and the current rate for Full Privilege membership.

Initiation Fee: $600

Monthly Dues: $175 Resident, $195 Non-Resident

Regional golf memberships are available on an annual recallable basis and are limited to individuals who reside outside 30 aeronautical miles from Graywood. This membership provides full use of all Club facilities.

Annual Fee: $ 1200

Resident Sports Club Tennis memberships are limited to those individuals owning property within Graywood and entitle the Member, spouse or significant other (residing in one residence), and all dependent children up to the age of 23, to full use of all Sports Club facilities.

Initiation Fee: $500.00  /  Monthly Dues: $135.00

BENEFITS:

• Private Member account and personal membership card.

• No assessments or food and beverage minimums.

• Access to tennis, fitness, dining and pool facilities of the Sports Club as well as the private Member rooms of the golf clubhouse, Cypress Grill, and Evergreen Room.

• Complimentary court fees and advanced reservations.

• Complimentary use of all private dining facilities and club audio visual equipment.

• Ability to attend all Club-sponsored events, and host private business and personal events at the Club.

Non-Resident

Non-Resident Sports Club Tennis memberships are available to those individuals residing outside of Graywood, are offered on a callable basis, and afford the same privileges as the Resident Sports Club Tennis membership.

Initiation Fee: $1,000.00  /  Monthly Dues: $155.00

Resident

Resident Sports Club Fitness memberships are limited to those individuals owning property within Graywood and entitle the Member, spouse or significant other (residing in one residence), and all dependent children up to the age of 23, to full use of the fitness, dining and pool facilities of the Sports Club.

Initiation Fee: $ 250.00  /  Monthly Dues: $95.00

BENEFITS:

• Private Member account and personal membership card.

• No assessments or food and beverage minimums.

• Access to fitness, dining and pool facilities of the Sports Club as well as private Member rooms of the golf clubhouse, Cypress Grill, and the Evergreen Room.

• Complimentary use of all private dining facilities and club audio visual equipment.

• Ability to attend all Club-sponsored events, and host private business and personal events at the Club.

Non-Resident

Full Corporate

Corporate memberships are available to approved business entities only, and include one (1) Full Privilege membership and three (3) additional designees. Each membership entitles the Member designee, spouse or significant other (residing in one residence) and all dependent children up to the age of 23 to the privileges associated with the classification of membership selected. Additional designees may be added at anytime by payment of a $300.00 Initiation Fee.

Initiation Fee: $3,500 inclusive of four designees

• No assessments or food and beverage minimums.

• Complimentary use of all private dining facilities and club audio visual equipment.

• Access to facilities and benefits in accordance with membership classifications selected.

Corporate Social

Graywood offers a variety of dining options for business entertaining including the use of our casual café at the Sports Club, an opportunity to reserve private rooms for meetings and events at both clubhouses, as well as use of the Cypress Grill in the main clubhouse. The Corporate Social membership requires a minimum of four (4) designees. Additional designees may be added at any time by payment of a $100.00 Initiation Fee.

Initiation Fee: $400.00 inclusive of four designees

Monthly Dues: $108.00 each designees
