Gray Stream
President

Gray Stream has worked for the Stream Companies since 2004 and has since held leadership positions within various Stream entities.  He joined Graywood LLC full time in 2008 and assumed the role of President in 2009, ultimately responsible for the growth and success of the Community and the Clubs.  Gray is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and worked for the 7th Congressional District of Louisiana in Washington, D.C. before joining the Stream Companies.




Gene R. Dark
Chief Operating Officer


Gene is the Managing Partner of Port City Construction LLC and Chief Operating Officer of Graywood and Gray Plantation Golf Club. Mr. Dark is also an alumni of McNeese State University with a Degree in Business. 








Carolyn Marcantel 
HOA Manager &
Chairman New Construction

Carolyn has worked for the Stream family for eleven years as an Executive Assistant.  She came to GW in its infancy and served as Chairman of the NCC and Secretary to the Homeowners Association Board of Directors.  The last five years she has exclusively worked at the Gray Estate, but has recently resumed her old duties at GW.  Carolyn is at GW all day on Tuesday, Thursday and afternoons on Friday.  Her office is located on the second floor of the clubhouse.  Please feel free to contact Carolyn at 477-7143, Ext. #8 or email Carolyn@graywoodllc.com regarding any construction needs.

 



 

Directions

 

From Houston:  Take I-10 East to Lake Charles.  Just west of Lake Charles take the I-210 loop.  Exit onto Nelson Road and turn right. Continue on Nelson Road through the intersection at W. McNeese.  Take a right onto Country Club Road then a left at Big Lake Road. Continue on then make a right at the Graywood entrance.

From Lafayette:  Take I-10 West to Lake Charles.  Just east of Lake Charles take the I-210 loop.  Exit onto Nelson Road and turn left.  Continue on Nelson Road through the intersection at W. McNeese.  Take a right onto Country Club Road then a left at Big Lake Road. Continue on then make a right at the Graywood entrance.

Local residents may also want to use the new entrance off Big Lake Road as shown on the map.
